Cyndy has held a real estate license in the state of Minnesota since 1988. Born in Minneapolis, she grew up in Brooklyn Center and graduated from Osseo Senior High School. Growing up she always knew she wanted to work with homes, so once her kids were old enough, it was a natural transition to work in the real estate industry. She began her career in residential home sales at Coldwell Banker, with experiences at Burnet Realty and Re/Max to an eventual move to Counselor Realty, Inc, where she has been Realtor®/Partner/Owner for 20+ years now. Cyndy also holds her own Brokers license as well as the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designations. From new construction to relocation and short sales, Cyndy is a highly skilled and professional real estate agent with extensive experience and knowledge. She has mentored many young agents entering the business and truly loves homes and helping clients find their forever home.
With the Spiczka Homes expansion to southwest Florida, Cyndy also holds a Broker’s license and is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Florida. Cyndy works with her son David, a full-time Realtor® in Florida, assisting our Minnesota clients and their families/friends to find their winter homes. She also loves working in northern Minnesota and has sold/listed homes in the Brainerd Lakes Area and Duluth Area for over a decade. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, walking and playing with her 2 schnauzers, and enjoying the natural beauty of Minnesota and Florida.
Lyndsey has worked in real estate since 1997 and has been licensed in Minnesota since 2006. She graduated from Maple Grove Senior High and went on to complete a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 2004. She also has a Master of Arts in International Peace Studies and Economic Development from the UN-Mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica with a focus on social entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility. Lyndsey has worked with her mother Cyndy in real estate since she was young, stuffing envelopes and putting out flags for flag day. It was a natural fit to work with her mother as a team, and she enjoys collaborating with her for the benefit of their clients. She is experienced in short sales/foreclosures, residential listings/sales, new construction, lots/land and rentals. She is a certified e-Pro technology specialist and GREEN-certified agent, which focuses on issues of sustainability and energy savings in real estate. She enjoys the challenge that each day in real estate can bring, and her main focus is to bring more magic and fun to the real estate journey. When not walking the lakes in Minneapolis and northern MN, she can be found at a local concert or biking the trails throughout the metro. She is also certified in Reiki energy healing and loves holistic healing and meditation.
